About Us-Opened in 1979 by Jim and Betty Beckner, the once small family owned business has emerged as one of the leaders in the local industry. As the business team grew to include competent, skilled, and creative individuals, under the guidance of General Manager Lisa Stevens and Imprint Manager Eric Lowe, they paired them with quality products and great customer service.
The Shirt Factory and Sporting Goods, Inc., has always been a testament to hard work. Our customer base has grown to include the West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia, New York, and other surrounding states. Due to the steady increase in business, staff, and products, Shirt Factory and Sporting Goods soon outgrew it's original location. In 1988 the business was moved to it's current location at 1606 DuPont Road in South Side Parkersburg. We expand our retail space and our production areas. Here we are, almost three decades later, proof of what a little hard work can do.
The Store-
The Shirtfactory has 1000 + square feet of retail facility in the South side of Parkersburg. The store supplies uniforms, jackets, shoes, practice gear, protection, and equipment for practically every sport. When we say equipment we really mean equipment! We can supply you one item to a thousand items! The store offers many different popular brands of equipment and clothing in a variety of colors.
